Director of Lifestage Ministry and Family Life
The Director of Lifestage Ministry at Hawley Lutheran Church (HLC) is tasked with executing the mission of Hawley Lutheran Church of welcoming all people to lifelong faith in Jesus Christ. This role is focused on developing, coordinating, equipping and motivating the members of HLC and the wider community to engage and participate in the life of the church. The focus of this role is building relationships and serving as a representative of the life and mission of the Church within the community.
Partner with Kids and Teen Ministries
Facilitate and Lead Adult Ministries (Post-high school + beyond)
Required 2 year degree and/or comparable experience

Communications Coordinator
This position is responsible for the strategy, direction, implementation, and coordination of Communications and Worship Arts at Hawley Lutheran Church. The goal of this position is to focus and manage and enhance all internal and external messaging of Hawley Lutheran Church to ensure our message is clear, consistent and effective.
Flexible hours - Dependent on church needs - Limited summer hours
