Maddie’s passion for ministry started with volunteering as a confirmation leader. She and her husband Lance are now with their second group of teen, and enjoy watching them grow in faith and develop a deeper understanding of God’s love. Maddie also volunteers with the Befrienders and Christian Education Team.

In her professional career, Maddie is a board certified geriatric Nurse Care Manager at Sanford Internal Medicine Clinic. Her gifts are utilized coordinating care for complex patients and collaborating with their medical team. , Maddie has also worked in adult intensive care unit and various long term care facilities - finding a knack for caring for those affected with memory loss.

As the Interim Director of Children’s Ministry Strategy, Maddie provides vision, leadership and organizational oversight during an intentional season of transition. Working alongside the Interim Director of Children's Ministry Experience, the Lead Pastor and the Christian Education Team, Maddie’s focus is strengthening ministry systems, developing leaders, supporting volunteers and preparing Children's Ministry for long-term success.

Maddie lives in Glyndon, MN with her husband Lance, daughter Lucy and energetic Golden Retriever Rory. They love spending time outdoors, be at the lake, hunting or working on the farm. She enjoys tending to her vegetable garden and bringing flowers indoors to admire. She doesn’t pause to rest my much, but when she does it usually involves savoring freshly brewed coffee.
